¶ 1 Plaintiff/Appellant Peggy Haddock appeals from the trial court’s order granting in part her application for litigation costs and denying her application for attorney fees. Following a jury trial, Haddock sought costs, pre-judgment interest, and attorney fees from Defendant/Appellee Woodland Park Home, Inc. (“Woodland Park”) based on Haddock’s contention that thie damages award was greater than the counteroffer of judgment she made before trial.
