Thirza L. Hudelson, the adult daughter of Forrest M. Hudelson, an incompetent person, has appealed from a portion of an order which she procured, pursuant to section 1558 of the Probate Code, to grant her from the surplus income of her father’s estate a monthly allowance as necessary maintenance.
