The verified complaints in these three actions are substantially identical and seek identical relief. Upon rules to show cause issued thereon, and returns thereto, the actions were by a circuit court order, unappealed from, consolidated for argument and future proceedings, without prejudice to the right of any party to present factual or legal matters differentiating any of them.
