Karen Pinjuv appeals from the order of the district court revoking her supervised release and sentencing her to a term of imprisonment. The district court revoked Pinjuv’s supervised release after Pinjuv admittedly failed to comply with a condition of supervision requiring her “to participate in and successfully complete a mental health treatment program.” In this appeal, Pinjuv contends that the condition was void and unenforceable, due to a mental illness which allegedly made compliance impossible, and consequently that the revocation of her supervised release based…
