Gallaher, Jr., a Colville Indian who resides in the Nespelem district of the Colville Indian Reservation, appeals from the judgment of conviction for the crime of possession of ammunition, after being convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, as proscribed by 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
