Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
ORDER AND JUDGMENT *
NANCY L. MORITZ, Circuit Judge.
After the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico denied his motions to suppress, Oladipo Alabi entered conditional pleas of guilty to one count each of access device fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a)(3) and aggravated identity theft under 18 U.S.C. § 1028A(a)(l), retaining his right to appeal the district court’s denial of his motions to suppress. The district court imposed a twenty-eight-month prison sentence, and Alabi appealed. Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
