COMES NOW before the Court the Motion to Abstain and Remand and Brief in Support Thereof (“Remand Motion”) filed by the Plaintiffs in the above-referenced adversary eases (“Plaintiffs”) and the Emergency Motion of Shell Oil Company for Relief from Automatic Stay (“Lift Stay Motion”) pursuant to regular setting in Beaumont, Texas. The parties agreed that the issues in both motions were so intertwined that it would be appropriate to combine them for hearing.
