This Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) case is before the Court on the Motion for Conditional Certification and *238for Notice to Putative Class Members (“Motion”) [Doc. # 9] filed by Plaintiff Eugene Vaughn. Defendant The Document Group, Inc.
