This is a suit under Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. The plaintiffs are former servers and bartenders at two adult entertainment clubs in Houston. The defendants are the corporations that operate these two clubs, four corporations that operated four other clubs, and two individuals who own the holding company that is the common owner of the six corporate defendants.
