Appellant petitioner, Walter W. Williams, has appealed from an order entered by the circuit court of McLean county, Illinois, on November 6, 1941, denying appellant’s petition for an itemized accounting by respondent appellee Janet G. Williams, of all funds which had been paid to her by him for the support of their two minor children under the terms of a prior decree of that court entered on July 26, 1940, in a suit wherein petitioner was granted a divorce by default on the grounds of wilful desertion, and wherein the custody of said minor children had been awarded to the mother, together…
