Vincent Monrow Friemel pled guilty to evading arrest using a motor vehicle, a third degree felony, and pled “true” to the allegation that in committing the offense, he used or exhibited a deadly weapon, namely, a motor vehicle. The trial court accepted Friemel’s guilty plea and his jury waiver and, after a punishment hearing, sentenced Friemel to nine years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Correctional Institutions Division.
