After a jury-waived trial in the District Court, the defendant was convicted of failing to verify his sex offender *576registration information by refusing to provide certain secondary addresses, and was sentenced to lifetime parole. See G. L. c. 6, § 178H. The Appeals Court, in an unpublished memorandum and order issued pursuant to its rule 1:28, affirmed. Commonwealth v. Kateley, 78 Mass. App. Ct. 1115 (2010).
