Attorney William Sherman appeals the order of the Pulaski County Probate Court disqualifying him as the attorney for the estate in an ancillary probate proceeding for decedent Earle L. Berrell, who died in Canada. The trial court disqualified Sherman after finding that Sherman appeared to represent not just the general interest of the estate but also the specific interest of one beneficiary to the detriment of other beneficiaries.
