11Appellant/Cross-Appellee Travis Lumber Company (“Travis Lumber”) appeals from a judgment entered by the Yell County Circuit Court in favor of Appel-lee/Cross-Appellant Joe Richard Deich-man (“Deichman”), trustee of the Margaret Louise Camp Deichman Revocable Trust (“the trust”).
