REX D. DAVIS, Chief Justice.

This appeal involves a pro-se in forma pauperis suit that was dismissed under Chapter Fourteen of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code (TCPRC). We affirm the judgment.

I. Background

John Morgan Wilson filed suit against the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and twelve employees, both in their individual and official capacities.
