On October 3, 1980, a jury returned special verdicts for the plaintiffs, Roy Glen Watson and Wallace Russell, in the amounts of $75,000.00 each and for Hershell Pennington in the amount of $25,000.00 against the defendant, Lee Bank & Trust Company. The special verdicts were returned *496following a trial which began on September 23, 1980.
