(after stating the facts.) This action was commenced by the appellants, T. G. Bates et al., trustees, to recover the possession of the second story of a school house situated in the town of Waldron. That portion of the building was in the possession of G. W. Duncan, who held it as teacher, employed by school district No. 15 of . Scott county.
