(Wells Fargo) was the Master Servicer and Defendant Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. (Saxon) was the Servicer. LL Funds LLC (LL Funds), a Certificateholder in the Trust, filed suit in this Court on behalf of the Trust asserting breach, of contract and tort claims against both Defendants and a claim under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations…
