In an action of ejectment brought by William B. Hazen against Harvey M. Bouusaville, it was found and adjudged that Hazen was the owner and entitled to the possession of lots Nos. 3.85 and 387 Taylor street, in the city of Topeka. The judgment was brought to this court for review, and in January, 1885, a decision was rendered affirming the same. (Rounsaville v. Hazen, 33 Kas. 71.)
