MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came before the Court on June 30, 2010 upon the Motion to Compel Debtor to Reject Equipment Lease and for Relief from the Automatic Stay and Supporting Memorandum of Law (the “Motion”) filed by TCP Leasing, Inc.
