Enterprise Furniture & Carpet Outfitting Installment Co. v. Davidson

This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Andrew County, Missouri, overruling a motion to quash an execution. The execution was issued out of said court on a transcript of a judgment rendered by a justice of the peace of said county. The suit, which was one in replevin, was instituted by plaintiff on November 4,1921. The property described in the writ was taken and delivered to plaintiff.
