Appellant Charles Matthew Yates pleaded guilty to abusive sexual contact with a child under the age of 12 years on an Indian reservation, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153 [offense committed within Indian country], 2244(a)(1) [abusive sexual contact], and 2245(3) [defining “sexual contact”].
