Rita L. Iracheta (“Iracheta”) brought suit against General Motors Corporations (“GM”), alleging that a design defect in the Toronado her two grandsons were riding in proximately caused their deaths. A jury found a defect existed, which caused one child’s death, and awarded Iracheta $10,004,500.00 in actual damages and *729$750,000.00 in exemplary damages. GM appeals. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.
