Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered November 8, 1977 in Albany County, which denied defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint. *652Defendant issued separate automobile and blanket crime protection policies of insurance to plaintiffs predecessor and claim was made under the former policy when a truck allegedly owned by plaintiff was destroyed in a collision on February 12, 1974.
