This is an action in equity arising on a petition of interpleader. The plaintiff is a life insurance company. The appellant, Helen C. Morlan, the avíJoav of the insured, and the appellee, Letta M. Dutton, a sister of the insured, are rival claimants to the proceeds of a life insurance policy on the life of Ora S. Morlan, the husband of Helen C. Morlan, appellant, and brother of Letta M.
