In this action the complainants claim the right to redeem a-piece of land in Contra Costa county, called “Los Meganos,” or “Marsh Ranch.” The respondents have the legal title, but complainants allege it was received in trust for James T. Sanford, and now held in trust for complainants, as his legal representatives.
