Writ of error brings for review judgment in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant, Bank of Blountstown, a corporation, plaintiff in error here, on demurrer sustained to pleas to a special count of the declaration in the following language:
“For that the defendant, at the institution of this suit is indebted to the plaintiff, Mrs. Virgillia Cross, in the sum of $1,459.85, with interest thereon at the legal rate from July 7, 1936, for money payable, to-wit: that on the 6th day of July, 1936, the plaintiff, Virgillia Cross, and C.
