— Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered August 22, 1977 in Tompkins County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, seeking to annul a decision of the respondents denying petitioners’ application for a use variance, and granted respondents’ cross petition for a permanent injunction enjoining petitioners from using *1072their property in violation of the zoning ordinance.
