CAVE, Presiding Judge.
This is a claim under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. A hearing was held before a Referee of the Industrial Commission, who found that ‘‘Earl Baker was not an employee of the Iowa and Missouri Log Company” at the time of injury and denied compensation. Review by the Commission resulted in a finding, by a vote of 2 to 1, that Earl Baker was a statutory employee and entitled to compensation.
