[487] This is a suit to recover damages in the sum of $15,000 for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff on November 14, 1950 in Kansas City due to the negligence of the operator of a motorbus upon which she was a fare-paying passenger. The trial court dismissed the plaintiff’s action and she appealed. The amount involved vests this court with jurisdiction. Section 3, Article Y, Constitution of Missouri 1945.
