Eldridge, Judge.
Barron Brinson directly appeals from the trial court’s order denying his plea in bar on double jeopardy grounds. See Patterson v. State, 248 Ga. 875 (287 SE2d 7) (1982). Finding no error, we affirm.
Brinson was indicted for the offenses of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, and weaving. Brinson pled not guilty to the offenses, and on August 31, 1999, the case was called for trial.
