This case is before the court on cross-motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff Digidesign, Inc. (“Digidesign”), challenges the decision of Defendant U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“Customs”) denying Digidesign’s protest of Customs’ classification of its Control 24 and 002 Factory consoles within the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (“HTSUS”).
