This adversary proceeding presents the question of whether the Court has continuing jurisdiction to determine the dis-chargeability of debts under Section 523 of the Bankruptcy Code, after the Court has denied the Debtor a discharge in a sepa*279rate action brought by the U.S. Trustee pursuant to Section 727 of the Code.
