Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1051, et. seq., as amended by the Trademark Counterfeiting Act of 1984, Public Law 98-473. Plaintiffs allege that defendants have engaged in the systematic manufacture, import, export, sale and distribution of counterfeit REEBOK footwear from Asia through the United States.
