In this trademark infringement action, Plaintiff Gucci America, Inc. (“Gucci”) seeks permission to move for a court order pursuant to Rule 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure compelling Defendants to produce foreign sales information relating to the allegedly infringing products involved in the litigation. On May 2, 2011, this issue was referred to me by United States District Judge Shira A. Scheindlin. (Dkt. No. 148).
