Defendant has moved for judgment on the pleadings under Rule 12(c), Fed. Rules Civ.Proc., 28 U.S.C.A., claiming that certain of plaintiff’s claims are either time barred or legally insufficient. The action is brought by a seaman’s administratrix who sets forth what at first glance appears to be two but is actually four causes of action.
