McDADE, District Judge.
Appellant, the United States of America (“the government”), appeals from the sentence imposed upon Appellee, Leon Hendrickson (“Hendrickson”), by the district court pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines (“U.S.S.G.” or “the Guidelines”). 1 Hendrickson entered into a plea agreement with the government and pled guilty to eight counts of money laundering, 18 U.S.C. § 1957, and eight counts of criminal forfeiture, 18 U.S.C. § 982.
