This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Following a motor vehicle accident, plaintiff Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, Inc. (Farm Bureau), a Kansas corporation, brought an action in Johnson County District Court seeking to recover from defendant Select Insurance Company (Select), a Texas Corporation, amounts Farm Bureau expended as a result of physical damage and liability claims brought against Farm Bureau’s insured, G & G Enterprises (G & G) and a G & G employee, Adrienne Petree (Petree).1…
