The Appellate Court for the First District affirmed the decree of the superior court of Cook county entered on the hearing of a bill in chancery to which the appellant, Highley, and Charles D. Hauk and others were defendants and the appellee bank complainant. The decree was rendered by the superior court, and affirmed by the Appellate Court, on the theory the appellee bank became the judgment creditor of said Charles D. Hauk and that execution had been returned nulla dona on said judgment; that said Hauk was the owner of certain shares of the capital stock of the Mutual Fuel and Gas Company,…
