— This was an action brought by appellant against appellees, as principal and sureties on 'the official bond of Ferdinand Bleeke, as clerk of the Adams Circuit Court. The facts alleged in the amended complaint, in so far as they are necessary for a determination of the question on appeal, are substantially as' follows: The relators and one Levi Mock, now deceased, were partners in the practice of law under the firm name of Mock and Sons.
