SAFFELS, District Judge.

This is a complaint filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, and 1986 (1982) by plaintiff when he was a state prison inmate against numerous prison officials alleging violations of constitutional rights. ' On September 30, 1988, this court entered a Memorandum and Order granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment, denying plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment and dismissing the action.
