*222Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Peter J. Benitez, J.), rendered August 11, 2004, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of six years, unanimously affirmed.
Defendant’s legal sufficiency arguments are unpreserved and we decline to review them in the interest of justice. Were we to review these claims, we would find that the verdict was based on legally sufficient evidence. Furthermore, the verdict was not against the weight of the evidence.
