MASSEY, Chief Justice.
In the spring of 1956, John Schlueter and his wife, hereinafter called plaintiffs, became prospective purchasers of a house and lot in Sunset Acres, a subdivision to the City of Fort Worth, Texas. They became acquainted with Mr. R. O.'McDonnell, then President of the R. O. McDonnell Development Company, a corporation, hereinafter ■ termed the McDonnell Company, and one of its salesmen.
