Thomas Zimmerman, by his last will and testament, dated' October 31, 1859, devised all his estate to his wife, Mary Zimmerman, defendant’s testatrix, during her natural life or widowhood. The estate, subject to the devise to the widow, passed under the following clause, viz: “ Then I direct that all my estate to be equally divided among my four children, Elizabeth, Jane, Mary and John Henry, after the said John Henry is schooled and raised till he is twenty-one years old, which is to come opt of my estate, and the estate to be sold and be equally divided as above,…
