Plaintiffs have sued the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“SSA”), asserting claims for violation of the Rehabilitation Act. According to Plaintiffs, SSA has violated the Rehabilitation Act by failing to make the work reviews under Title II and Title XVI accessible to individuals with mental or developmental disabilities.
