¶1 In February, 1997, Donald Azure (Azure) was charged with deliberate homicide, attempted deliberate homicide, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. A jury found Azure guilty of deliberate homicide of John Cavill; mitigated attempted deliberate homicide of Lois Cavill; and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
