I. Jurisdiction and Standard of Review
The Bankruptcy Appellate Panel has jurisdiction of this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(b). As the parties submitted all factual issues to the bankruptcy court by joint stipulations, this appeal involves no contested findings of fact. See In re Boston Reg’l Med.
