— The appeal in this case brings for review a decree validating a refunding bond issue proposed by the City of Clearwater, Florida.

It is proposed to issue refunding bonds of Series “A” in the principal amount of $4,365,500.00; of Series “B” in the principal amount of $413,890.00; of Series “C” in the. principal amount of $331,010.00, and to issue what are termed delinquent tax notes in three series as obligations for the payment of interest on the original bonds which was in default, past due and unpaid on July 1, 1934.
