This matter is before the court upon a complaint filed June 19, 1984, by John T. Ducker, Trustee in Bankruptcy, to recover an alleged avoidable transfer of $5000 to defendants, The Isaac Building Corporation, Isaac Building Company, and the Isaac Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Isaac) and their attorneys Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick (hereinafter referred to as Shumaker).
