On October 26, 1982 an involuntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code was filed against the debtor, Vasu Fabrics, Inc. (“Vasu” or the “Debt- or”). An order for relief was entered on November 23, 1982. The Trustee, New York Credit Adjustment Bureau, Inc. (“Trustee”), was appointed on February 2, 1983.
